RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY 

Our masks are sized for your face to allow maximum comfort. If you have received the wrong size, please email support@nirvanabeing.com with your order number to request an exchange.

ORDER SUPPORT AND RETURNS: Please email support@nirvanabeing.com for help with order corrections and support. For returns and exchanges, please see below.

RETURNS: While we are certain, this will be the best mask you purchase, occasionally something isn’t quite right. If you need a refund for any reason please email support@nirvanabeing.com for instructions. We will refund for the return of any purchase within 5-7 working days.

ORDER CORRECTION: In case if you happen to receive a damaged product then you can inform us by writing an email at support@nirvanabeing.com within the first 24 hours of you receiving the product and we will facilitate the replacement of the same item/ refund the total amount without any deductions.

ALL OTHER RETURNS You may cancel an order for a refund by email to support@nirvanabeing.com

TERMS & CONDITIONS The product must be unused and unopened with the original packaging. Customer will bear the shipping cost for the refund/ replacement. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment i.e. either through cheque or credited towards the credit card on which the purchase was originally made.
