Mypurmist is an ultrapure steam inhaler, natural decongestant, sinus remedy and an essential part of your daily Covid rehab regime. Why do I have to use Mypurmist Ultrapure sterile water refills?
Often this is not a leak. It is either due to overfill of the reservoir or after use the water from the mask dripping down. Suggest you put Mypurmist on a cloth, so that the table does not get wet. Lift product and see if water is dripping from the unit (this is extremely rare). Email us at care@mypurmist.com if you suspect a real leak.

Mypurmist does not seem to be working- What do I do?
First step is to make sure there is water in the reservoir and the device is charged. After that just put the device down and try to use it again after some time. If Mypurmist ultrapure steam inhaler still does not work, then please email us at care@mypurmist.com and we will help you right away.
How often should I replace the water in the Mypurmist?
Please use all the water in the device (device turns off when there is no more water) before using another refill to avoid water overflowing from the reservoir.
How should the Mypurmist be placed?
Keep your Mypurmist 2 vertical on a table or counter ideally on a water absorbent mat or small tower. Do not lay it down with water in the device to prevent water going into the unit outside of the reservoir.
There is some wetness/drops coming out from the seam at the front of the device. What should I do?
If you experience this, it means there has been an overfill or spill over of water from the reservoir. To empty the base, turn the device upside down and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
To test for a potentially leaking reservoir:
- Shake it for a few seconds,
- Fill the reservoir to half or more
- Make a note of the level by marking it on the window with a pencil
- Leave the unit for 24 hours
- Check if the level changed. If it has dropped, the reservoir itself has a leak. If it has not dropped, the unit was “over filled” or filled and then left in a non-vertical (non-standing) position.
